clogged sink mouldy corner

the location was reasonably close to attractions , which was acceptable.

the sink was clogged when i arrived and overflowed whenever i used it . a corner of the bath and shower was mouldy , a real eyesore. the tv only played one channel , frustrating after a long day. the room was too hot even with the heating turned down , i had to open the windows in november.

coffee machine central area

The room had a coffee machine with coffee pods. Tram access to the central area was within a three-minute walk! The location was great. I found lots of restaurants and cafes nearby.

The street outside was a little noisy at night.

Really good Location and Comfortable Stay

prime location spacious room comfortable bed shower gel

I appreciated the hotel's prime location near Mariahilferstrasse. The cozy room was quite spacious and clean. I found the bed comfortable and enjoyed small touches in the room. The shower gel bottles were a nice detail and felt luxurious.

The elevator started on the first floor so I had to carry my luggage up a flight of stairs to reach the reception.

They provided assistance with directions and addressed any questions I had with a cheerful attitude and a willingness to help making my experience positive.

a super stay!

great location friendly staff nearby restaurant

i thought the hotel was in a great spot, near transportation and shops. restaurants was nearby and not far from sites. i would stay here again for sure. the staff was friendly, it was a real plus.

some of the street noise at night bothered me, so i had to close the windows.
