Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel offers very spacious rooms with a walk-in closet, good-sized bathroom, and surprisingly large space for a North American in Europe. The central location is ideal for exploring, being close to the town center and important points in Vienna, with good access to the subway. The dining experience is praised for its ample food selection. Overall, a great value for a cozy stay in a quiet area with elegant sitting spaces nearby, despite minor drawbacks.
The hotel had a room with a balcony overlooking the street which was very hot during warm weather and a bit squashed and manic. However, the service was accommodating and friendly, retaining a good level of service. The location was within walking distance to all attractions, even though the room wasn't up to the standard of the public areas or the excellent service provided during my 3-night stay. The dining experience was probably the best 'continental' I've ever had with a wide range of choices available.
The hotel is conveniently located just off Mariahilferstrasse, a few steps from shopping, dining, and the museum quarter. The rooms are cozy, albeit a bit small, and come with a charming little terrace. The service is exceptional, with polite and efficient staff. While the dining options are adequate, the breakfast stands out with a variety of cold cuts, cheeses, and homemade dishes. The value for money is fair, considering the prime location and quality service.
The hotel has a charming old chic style that I loved, but it can get noisy in the morning when the garbage is collected. The service was exceptional, extremely helpful, and polite, making our stay very pleasant. The location is perfect, close to key attractions and public transportation, although it's not far from the bustling areas. The dining experience was standard with a continental selection, nothing extraordinary. Overall, a comfortable stay with some minor drawbacks.
The hotel offers modern, clean double rooms with a balcony providing a nice view. The breakfast area can get crowded, so arriving early is recommended to avoid waiting for a table. The service is top-notch with very kind and efficient staff. The location is superb, being close to the city center with easy access to major attractions. Dining options are varied and satisfying, living up to the standards of a 4-star hotel. Overall, a great value for money option with some minor breakfast rush inconveniences.
The hotel has a very stately feel with a huge walk-in wardrobe in the room. The additional interior door is a nice touch but the rooms don't quite meet the standard of the public areas or the excellent service provided during my 3-night stay.
